some portraits of writers

I’ve photographed a lot of writers this year, which has been an absolute treat. Here’s Imo, Celine, Emily and Elly, who all have written novels or plays or essays and at least one of whom will have their portrait in an inside cover in the near future. Chatting to interesting people and making them a photo that feels like them is the best part of the job - if I could live on author portraits alone perhaps I would.
